Most of the facilities are under cover. The 119 elegant living units consist of one/two bedrooms, bathrooms, a sitting / dining room and a kitchen. Each unit also has a balcony, most of which overlooks the courtyard and garden. A parking space is also allocated to each unit.
The policy of Prestige Park is that only residents 55 years and older are allowed to live here.

Prestige Park Retirement Village is managed in terms of the Sectional Title Act under the supervision of Trustees.
